I am extremely passionate as a Clinical Social Worker because I believe this work is the most important work of all work. In life we are often taught how to achieve great results academically or professionally BUT it is very seldom that we are taught how to positively tune our brains so that we can pursue our life to the fullest. I am completely dedicated to teaching others how to manage their negative thoughts and emotions in such a way that they have less impact and influence over day to day life. I also believe in creating a clear plan based on what you are already good at to maximize your ability to live life according to your values that mean the most to you!

I work with individuals, couples and families in a collaborative way to facilitate a path towards what matters most. My approaches are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Family-Based Therapy and Attachment Theory.
