Philosophy

Welcome here, people of all backgrounds and walks of life. I help individuals, couples, and families to ease their distress and transform their relationships. Through therapy you may find the clarity and strength you need to overcome your struggles and experience growth. Working on self-discovery or relationship issues can be a vulnerable experience. I offer a safe and collaborative space in which you can identify, explore, and better meet your needs.

Motivations for therapy are not limited to symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship conflict. You may be searching for meaning, grieving a loss, or longing to re-connect with your partner. For any reason, investing in your mental health may lead to improvements in your overall vitality. I look forward to connecting with you.
