Counselling Philosophy:
I believe in people’s self-accomplishment, their ability to create and to maintain meaningful and harmonious relations. However, at times we might need help and support to develop these relations. I work mainly with an existential approach and integrate elements of other approaches to adapt to individuals, couples and families specific needs.
I would be pleased to work with you, to address your personal and relational difficulties related to connection issues, communication, emotional issues, intimacy, boundaries, life transitions and bereavement. We can also address the impact of mental health issues (schizophrenia, depression, personality disorders), which can affect your life and those you are close to.
It can be difficult to get through certain life events and recognizing that we need help is the first move towards recovery. I believe that people have the inner strength to reach their potential and life balance and I would be honoured to collaborate with you towards your goals.
The regular fee is $180.00 per one counselling hour.
