Expertise:
I specialize in supporting adults experiencing high-functioning anxiety, overthinking, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm especially those who carry a lot for others but struggle to fully relax. Many of my clients feel burned out or stuck in patterns of over-functioning and people-pleasing.
I also work with trauma, addictions, relationship challenges, boundaries, chronic pain, parenting stress, PTSD and major life transitions. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and body-based therapy, integrating somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT-informed tools, and attachment-focused strategies to help clients feel safer in their body and more steady in their mind. I also work with couples ( post affair, communication issues).

Philosophy:
Are you the one everyone relies on, yet always feeling anxious and unable to fully relax? You may look capable on the outside but feel tense, overwhelmed, or exhausted inside.
Anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm often have deeper roots than we realize. Many people learn to function while quietly carrying too much. I believe anxiety is not a flaw, it’s a nervous system that learned to survive.
Therapy is a space to understand those patterns, let go of what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your own voice. Part of healing is gently telling the truth about what you feel, what you need, and what has shaped you. Not forced truth, but the kind that emerges when your system feels safe enough to be honest.
Together we reframe painful experiences, uncover strengths that may have been overlooked, and examine long-standing patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. This process allows new perspectives to form, ones that support emotional healing, a stronger sense of purpose, and sustainable growth.
My work is trauma-informed and body-based, integrating somatic approaches, attachment-focused therapy, parts work, and cognitive and emotion-focused strategies. I provide a steady, respectful environment where we explore what’s underneath the stress and develop practical tools that support real change. Whether we meet virtually or in person, the work is paced with care.
You do not need to be in crisis to begin, only ready for something to shift.
I would be honoured to support you in building a steadier relationship with yourself and your life.
I offer individual therapy and support families navigating anxiety, trauma, and conflict.
I consult regularly with my supervisor to support ongoing professional and ethical development. All supervision is confidential.
