Philosophy

I offer individual, couple and family counselling services, and work from the perspective that the process of therapy should be collaborative. Together we will explore your therapeutic goals and the best methods for achieving them. My approach to therapy is integrative and I have experience addressing a number of concerns ranging from anxiety, personality and mood disorders to treating trauma and existential issues.

The usual fee for counselling is $150 per 50 minute session.
