I take a holistic, client-centered stance in which my role is to support clients in their journey of healing; body, mind and spirit are intertwined. I honour the sanctity of every human being, while seeing individuals as existing within various webs of relationships with people, beliefs, and cultures. My experience as a therapist has taught me that many ailments and dysfunctions stem from a fundamental need to love and be loved. I draw on a variety of evidence-based practices, such as CBT and Narrative Therapy, to help clients clear what hinders them from realizing their full potential.

Mon approche est holistique et centrée sur le client, dans laquelle mon rôle est d’appuyer chaque client dans son cheminement de guérison; le corps, l’âme et l’esprit sont entrelacés. J’honore le caractère sacré de chaque être humain, tout en concevant de l’individu comme existant au sein de divers réseaux relationnels avec d’autres personnes, ainsi qu’avec des croyances et des cultures. Mon expérience en tant que psychothérapeute m’a appris que plusieurs maux et troubles découlent d’un besoin fondamental d’aimer et d’être aimé. J’emploi une variété d’approches reconnues dont la TCC et la thérapie narrative, afin d’aider mes clients à se libérer de ce qui les retient.
